PRESIDENT -CEO DR. DALLAS EGGEMEYER
Dallas has been active in the full-time ministry for over forty years answering the call of the five-fold ministry. She serves the Body of Christ in the fullness of the gifting of the Holy Spirit in order to build up, edify and encourage. She is the Father’s Worshiping Warrior, walking in both the Deborah and Esther anointing. As a Strategist she has been able to discern the things of the spirit in order to accomplish the work of the ministry, deliverance to the captive, and the release of the plans of God over the region.
Dallas is a licensed Ordained Minister and earned the degree of Doctor of Theology from Shalom Bible College and Seminary, graduating summa cum laude. She also holds a Master of Divinity from YAHshua International Bible College. She has completed several courses as well as attended and ministered at numerous conferences related to Leadership, Teaching, Intercession, and Evangelism. Dallas is Chairman and Founder of Lightbearers International and serves with several National and International Intercessory Organizations. She has served as the Executive State Coordinator at Pray Georgia and Interim Tennessee State Prayer Coordinator. She has served as a State Leader with the Daughters of Rachel and continues to work closely with the End-time Handmaidens. Dallas served on the Leadership Team of Intercessors for Transformation Chattanooga Metro and serves the National Day of Prayer, Awakening America Alliance, and on the North American Prayer Summit Leadership Team. Additionally she has served with the National Day of Prayer State Leadership Team and Cry Out America Georgia State Capitol Teams. She has served as the VP of the Chattanooga Lighthouse - AGLOW.
Dallas serves as both a personal and corporate level intercessor, working with profit and nonprofit organizations, seeking strategic insights in order for them to accomplish their personal and corporate visions. She has a true heart for Israel and the Jewish people, being of Jewish ancestry herself. She has served on several trips to minister to the Nation of Israel and works closely with organizations supporting Israel.

EXECUTIVE VP - CFO NICK EGGEMEYER
With more than 35 years of leadership and management experience with various companies, Nick Eggemeyer serves as the organization's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and has successfully completed numerous management and leadership courses and seminars.
Reporting to the President, the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer defines the processes and implements the infrastructure/systems needed to support substantial growth for the organization. He builds and manages effective and streamlined administrative/financial systems, including financial, accounting, legal, information technology (IT), human resources (HR), and physical infrastructure.
As a member of the senior management team, Nick is involved in strategic planning, evaluation, and professional development initiatives, as well as planning for expansion of the organization. In keeping with the organization's values, Nick reviews and approves the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting materials and metrics for the board of directors and oversees budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow for administration, existing programs, and proposed new initiatives.

JASMIN BURTON
Jasmin currently serves as the Executive Director of Media and Vice- President for Lightbearers International. She has an extensive background in communications including a knowledge of the social media outlets Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Additionally, Jasmin has more than 15 years of management, sales and marketing experience, and she is proficient and tech savvy. She demonstrates the ability to stay current and up to date on information relevant to LBI and has a strong sense of urgency, flexibility and the ability to multi-task. Jasmin exudes an energy level that brings excitement and joy to new ideas. She loves motivating people to be and do their best. With her love for God and her family always being number one, she actively shares her passion for spreading God's Word with others. Jasmin has served in some facet of Christian Ministry for 20 years, whether it be evangelism, discipleship training, or Children’s Church. She is continuously looking for new opportunities in technology to share God's Word. She is a consistent leader that shows commitment to standards and valves.

LBI NATIONAL PRAYER DIRECTOR
Marisa A. Story M.Ed.
Marisa Story passionately believes in the Authority of the Word of God and the Power of Prayer to transform lives. She is thankful to have grown up in a home where the lives of both parents gave testimony to this reality thru leadership and ministry service in the Gideon’s International. Marisa accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior at 9 years old while attending the International Conference of the Gideon’s International. During her early years, the seed of ministry service was sown into her heart by the powerful witness of her parents and many other believers who regularly gathered in their home for prayer, bible study, and fellowship. As a result, the generational blessing of kingdom advancement through ministry is a spiritual legacy she holds very dear. Marisa answered the call to the fivefold ministry and has been active in the ministry for almost 20 years. She serves with a Prophetic gift and heart for Intercession and Evangelism. She has a love for Israel, the Jewish people, and supports a strong alignment between the United States and Israel. She has a desire to train the body of Christ and equip the next generation to operate in authority and the fullness of spiritual gifts and inheritances.
Marisa is an Ordained Minister with Patria Ministries in Birmingham, AL. She is the founder of EagleBearers Ministry and is commissioned and aligned as a House of Zion under Glory of Zion Ministries, Dr. Chuck Pierce in Corinth, TX. Marisa is an active member of King’s Way Church in Irondale, AL and is currently working on completion of the requirements for Basic Chaplain Credentials through the International Conference of Police Chaplains. She serves the Birmingham Prayer Furnace, a Ministry of Kingdom Forerunners, as a Prayer Furnace Set Leader and on the Prophetic and Intercessory Prayer Teams. She has served in both her local church and community ministries as Prayer Team Leader, Intercessory Prayer Team Coordinator and Trainer, Strategic Warfare Advance Team Leader, Sunday School and VBS Teacher, and Watch Group Leader. Marisa served as a National Call Facilitator on the 24/7 National Strategic Prayer Call, and presently serves on the CORE Intercessory Team for Lightbearers International.
In addition to serving as the State Deputy Communications Director for the AL Strategic Prayer Network under USSPN, Marisa has also has assisted in prayer initiatives including The National Day of Prayer, The Birmingham Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast, “Israel Now!, and One Accord. She served on the Alabama AGLOW International State Leadership Board and the AGLOW Birmingham Leadership Board. Her responsibilities with AGLOW included; VP/Administration, VP/PR, Recording Secretary, and Bible Studies Coordinator and Teacher. Marisa was also a Founding Board Member of Path Clearer, Inc. Ministry.
Marisa holds a Master of Education degree from Alabama A&M University, graduating summa cum laude and a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle TN State University. She served Alabama A&M as a Graduate Assistant and as the Chapter President - Kappa Delta Pi Education Honor Society. She has worked in Public Education, Private Christian Education, and Christian Home School Education since 1989; Receiving the State of Alabama, Class-A Professional Education Certificate, Alabama Highly Qualified Educator Certification, and Praxis II Qualified. She also has work and leadership experience in advertising, public relations, and management. Marisa is the mother of two grown children and grandmother of two grandchildren. A native Alabamian originally from Huntsville, she has resided in the Birmingham Metro area since 1994.

Esther M. Tubbs
Esther Tubbs’ life goal is to develop the creativity within that the Creator has placed in all of us and to express that creative flow in visual statements of joyful, free expression of color and movement, showing the beauty and moods of nature as well as speaking forth the prophetic word of the Lord that He places within her both as a watchman intercessor as well as in the prophetic and teaching ministry. She attended the Wheaton College nursing school in Chicago, has taken courses at Thomas College as well as business, writing and journalism modules both at a business college, seminars and by correspondence. Also Esther furthered her art training by attending intensives taught by nationally known water media artists. In 2010 she received her certificate of completion from the Glory of Zion Issachar School. Esther holds a signature membership in the Tallahassee Watercolor Society as well.
In 1985 Prophet Bill Hamon prophesied over Esther that she was a watchman intercessor in the Body of Christ. Words given to her since that time have confirmed and enhanced Dr. Hamon’s word. In 1994 and 1995 she received prophetic training at Life Center in Atlanta. For a13 year period after that she was a part of a prophetic school leadership team in a teaching and circle leader capacity as well as serving on prophetic presbyteries. Esther taught home groups in her church as well as teaching a class series on the Song of Solomon at the Tallahassee Institute for Biblical Studies. For a season she was also a part of a church prayer ministry leadership where she led a weekly War Room ministry as well as an all-night Watch of the Lord. For five years she taught the Prophetic Painting workshops held during the Worship and Arts Conferences at Christian International and was the visiting instructor for a two-week painting and drawing intensive at The Centre, Conservatory for the Ministering Arts in St. Louis, Missouri for three years. Esther also taught prophetic painting workshops titled, “Hearing the Lord Visually” under the auspices of the Tallahassee Institute for Biblical Studies. In 2008 she and two other artists conducted and taught in a visual arts conference in Louisiana.
Esther served as the Thomasville Arts Guild Director from 1990 to 1997 when she joined the staff at the Thomasville Cultural Center where she directed the Center’s adult classes, workshops and programs as well as special exhibitions. From 2003-2007 she held the position as the Center’s Director of Education and Outreach and is now retired.
Esther has strong desire to impart the love of Jesus and His presence and power by His Spirit in order to activate others in their gifts and callings. It is her joy and privilege to serve the Body of Christ through functioning as a watchman intercessor, moving in the prophetic and teaching as the Lord opens doors for her.
