Two things the LORD really brought to my attention over the past few days; One, this is really a pivotal point in our nation for unity. Just a few weeks ago we were an extremely divided nation, virtually at the seams of breaking apart with all this political division. Now we have the opportunity to rebuild together our nation. God will not tolerate those that continue in their ungodly agendas, and there will be a removal. A house divided can not stand, if we choose the road of division we will see justice come swiftly. If we yield to each other, working in agreement with heaven, we will see a period of blessing. One key biblical principle we must recognize, not all the promises of God are unconditional. Many are based on us meeting a requirement. Do not be fooled into believing we have no responsibility before God. Know your covenant blessings and your covenant responsibilities. Promises are based on relationship standards in many cases, do you know them? So, pray for unity, pray for wisdom, and pray for those who govern over us. We will either come together or we will be divided, the choice is ours.
Second, a very significant thing the LORD has be bringing before my face is His Sabbath. Yes, HIS SABBATH. So many of us in the Body of Christ have become dull to this Biblical mandate. God did not ask or suggest the keeping of the Sabbath, but commanded it. Today, we go to church a few hours on Sunday or Saturday then it off to do whatever we want, sports, movies, self...Just whatever gods we choose. But do we consider, even remember what the WORD of God has to say about the sabbath, to keep it Holy. God has us all, all the nations of the earth called into a time of sabbath right now! He is giving us the opportunity to seek Him first, communion with Him, listen and trust in Him. Look at how He has dealt with Israel in the past, He does not change, He deals with His people the same way today. This is a Biblical principle as well, do we understand the importance of it? The Sabbath Law is not just for the Jews, it's for all those that call themselves the Children of Almighty God. Jesus did not remove that mandate, it is eternal!!!
Right now, today will you enter into His Sabbath rest and see what real relationship with your Heavenly Father is? Study His WORD, all His WORD, meditate on Him and He will guard and guide your steps, and you will prosper!
